The Accommodation

Entrance through to the living/dining room or alternatively through to the kitchen.

Kitchen - a stunning contemporary kitchen. Fully equipped, including 3 ovens, integrated microwave, 5 ring induction hob surface, large fridge freezer, dishwasher plus table and six chairs.

Living / Dining Room - superb large corner sofa for a countless number, plus two additional sofas. Large flatscreen TV with Freesat and HD recordable plus DVD player. French doors lead out into the garden.

Dining Area - which has table and chairs for up to 16 people.

Utility Room - with washing machine and tumble drier. This leads to the cloakroom.

Cloakroom - with WC and washbasin.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - with zip and link double bed (can be arranged to a twin bed if required), wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 - with twin beds (these can be joined to make a Super King size double bed, please specify), wardrobe, door to garden, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

Bedroom 3 - with King size zip and link bed (can be made up as twin beds if required) and wardrobe, doors to garden.

Bedroom 4 with twin beds (which can be joined to make a Super King size double bed, please specify), wardrobe plus Ensuite Shower room with WC and washbasin Family Bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin.

Please note that all the above bedrooms overlook the enclosed garden.

Upstairs

Bedroom 5 - with double zip and link bed (twin beds if required) plus Ensuite Wet Room with shower, WC and washbasin and lovely views towards the countryside.

Annexe

Across the driveway is a separate, open plan and self-contained annexe included within the price. Kitchen with basic facilities including cooker and hob and fridge. Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom (Bedroom 6) area with King size double bed (which can be split into two single beds - please specify) plus sofa bed (*additional charge for sofa bed).

Outside

There is an enclosed garden to the side/rear of the property with good size grass area, with table and chairs. There is also an additional area with a covered area housing a Hot Tub!
